Types of Collected Information

Arkett Solutions, Inc. (“Company”) may receive, collect and store any information User enters on Company’s website or provide us in any other way. In addition, Company may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect User’s computer or other electronic device to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. User acknowledges Company’s minimum age requirements and certifies they are at least 18 years of age. Company may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page or the mobile app. Company may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile.

Methods of Collection

When Users conduct a transaction on Company’s website, their personal information including User’s name, address and email address is collected. Reasons for information collection are described in the following section.

Reason for Collection of Information

Company collects such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  2. To provide Company’s Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

Company shall make use of firewalls designed to protect against intruders and test for network vulnerabilities. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure and Company shall not be liable for any data breach that occurs.

Communication with Site Users

Company may contact User for notifications regarding User’s account, to troubleshoot problems with User’s account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll User’s opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about Company, or as otherwise necessary to contact User to enforce Company’s User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement Company may have with User. For these purposes, Company may contact User via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Usage of cookies and Similar Tracking Tools

When you use our Site, we may store cookies on your device in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer’s hard drive (if your Web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Our cookies store randomly assigned user identification numbers, the country where you are located, and your first name to welcome you back to our Site. The cookies make your use of the Site easier, make the Site run more smoothly and help us to maintain a secure Site. Control your Data

You are in control of your data and when you close your Koiino account, all your personal information and all the data created by you is permanently deleted, Koiino will no longer have access to your data and the data cannot be recovered.

If you no longer have access to your account and cannot recover access to your account, you can request to delete your account by emailing support at support@koiino.app and provide the necessary proof of ownership to process the request.

Privacy Policy Updates

Company reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time for any reason. It is User’s sole responsibility to check these policies so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Should the

Company make material changes to this policy, Company will notify User here that it has been updated, so that User is aware of what information Company collects and how it is used.

Policy Scope

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to information that User has provided to third parties. Company’s platform may direct User to a third-party service; however, disclosure of information to these third parties shall be subject to the relevant third party’s privacy policy. Company accepts no responsibility for the third-party’s content, procedure or privacy policy.

  7. Comply with a legal obligation.
  8. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

 

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us through our Site.

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12- month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

 

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

 

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Changes to Our Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Site.
